At MarketBuilders, we believe in a culture of fun beyond work and a healthy work-life balance. A large number of our client-partners are international. Working across this array of

partners of different sizes is an exciting challenge. MB-ites work with partners who

are start-ups to enterprises that span across multiple sectors.

MB-ites follow the MarketBuilders mantra of understanding the partner, their business,

their stated and unstated challenges and offering them pragmatic solutions that help

them grow.

 

Across our four business lines including advisory, research, business facilitation and

outsourcing, MB-ites work on high-end projects that impact key business decisions and

enable our partners to make informed choices. All MB-ites are encouraged to interact

with clients and own the responsibility of delivering their assignments, providing an opportunity to understand and learn best practices while delivering to global quality standards.

Active performance rewards

Managing MB-ites performance to align with organizational goals is a key strategy

at MarketBuilders. We strive towards a systematic and fair employee 

development-oriented Performance Management System built with a Goal

Oriented Approach (GOAs). Goals are structured towards organizational

development, as well as, customized for employee self-development.

Assessments are further performed to help improve the performance of

MB-ites.

 

Every manager has a stake in helping team members to higher goals of

performance in terms of productivity, quality, personal growth and a balance between individual and organizational goals.

 

Reviews are run through a process of open dialogue between MB-ites and their reporting managers. It provides scope for every MB-ite to check on his/her KRAs for the year, identify his/her areas of improvement and access support measures for enhancing the performance.
