Recrutiment Process

 

Potential MB-ites are encouraged to apply through our "Apply Now". For entry-level positions across functions, potential candidates will have to take respective tests designed to ascertain the capabilities, skills and qualities of potential employees.

​

These tests assess technical competence, reasoning and aptitude, knowledge and awareness, language and communication skills and other soft skills required to succeed in the MarketBuilders environment. Candidates who clear the tests successfully undergo personal interviews. Offers are made to candidates who successfully clear both test and interview/s.

Middle-level recruits may be required to take a test. They typically have two to three rounds of detailed interviews with middle and senior management. Upon successful recommendation, they may be offered a position in MarketBuilders.

 

For senior-level positions, two to three rounds of interviews with management and the firm's Partners are conducted before onboarding a candidate.

Manages and leads team(s) in the development, planning, and implementation of multiple projects and/or programs.

Plans and implements project/program schedules and monitors project/program from inception through delivery. Creates and delivers presentations, develops communications and communicates to audiences both internally and externally. Communicates project/program status, issues, results and impacts to local and senior management. May engage and oversee the work of external vendors. Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices impacting project/program deliverables. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Ensures program deliverables are met timely and efficiently. Logically manage research data, analyze and generate trends etc. from collected data Maintains awareness of trends, business conditions and internal process and practices impacting project/program(s). Identifies areas of risk/opportunities and influences and implements continuous improvements. Defines and reports project/program roadmap, status, development issues and success metrics. Develops tools and analytics to support project/program success factors. Develops communications and presentations and ensures communication of project/program initiatives, messages and status to appropriate parties. Makes recommendations to senior management as necessary. Manages communication and coordination of cross functional teams across multiple areas and with third party partners. Prepare documentation and other communications as necessary. This can include marketing collaterals such as presentation materials, success stories. Leads and manages cross functional team(s) in the establishment, planning and implementation of multiple projects and/or programs. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Develop and manage marketing campaigns for demand generation Support "Go to Market" plans Developing, implementing and supporting awareness programs Plan and execute various lead generation programs for products/ solutions with committed targets Develop and manage marketing collateral including newsletters, case studies, success stories, presentation materials, product/solution demos and related sales support material Database management Skills Good writing skill with a strong command over the English language and grammar Excellent campaign messaging skills Excellent and demonstrable research skills Experience in developing content for marketing collaterals, website and case studies.
